These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of INKVAULT's digital asset marketplace, including all visual kits, vector systems, packaging mockups, website interfaces, and invoice-based fulfillment services.

By browsing this website, submitting an order inquiry, approving a digital invoice, or downloading any asset pack, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to bind yourself or the organization you represent.

All digital products remain the intellectual property of INKVAULT and its design contributors. Upon verified invoice settlement, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable commercial license based strictly on your selected tier:

• Silver Tier: Single end-use project, up to 5,000 digital impressions or 1,000 physical merchandise units. No broadcast, video-on-demand, or SaaS platform integration.
• Gold Tier: Multiple client projects within one agency, up to 100,000 impressions or 25,000 physical units. Broad commercial marketing rights included.
• Platinum Tier: Enterprise unlimited commercial license, global mass-production rights, broadcast clearance, and vector source file master redistribution authorization within customized client deliverables.
• Strict Restriction: You may not resell, sub-license, redistribute, share via open torrent repositories, or incorporate our raw asset source files into automated generative AI scrapers or template marketplaces.

INKVAULT operates on an agency-grade order-request-to-invoice model to ensure high-touch quality control and customized licensing terms rather than instantaneous automated checkout.

When an order request is received, our studio creates a verified itemized invoice with explicit tier specifications and tax calculations. Invoices are payable via our secure authorized payment processors. Assets are delivered immediately to your registered email upon confirmed payment confirmation.

• Invoices expire within 14 calendar days if unpaid, releasing reserved custom asset batches.
• All transaction amounts are quoted and collected in USD unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Payment verification is subject to automatic fraud screening by our merchant processing partners. All invoices issued by INKVAULT represent single, one-time transactions for the specified asset tier

Upon confirmed invoice settlement, you receive encrypted cloud download links with high-speed access to source archives (.AI, .PSD, .FIG, .SVG, .PNG, 8K Mockups).

Download links remain active for 90 days following invoice completion. We recommend storing master archives on secure local hardware or internal backup vaults. Re-issuance of expired links is available upon verification of previous invoice receipts.

Due to the immediate digital nature of asset downloads, completed orders and settled invoices are generally non-refundable once files have been accessed or downloaded from our delivery network.

If you experience corrupted archive files, missing font indexes, or technical defects within your package, our engineering team will rectify or replace the asset within 24 business hours. For comprehensive details, review our Refund & Return Policy.

All trademarks, logos, typography arrangements, and bespoke artwork displayed across INKVAULT are protected by international copyright and intellectual property conventions.

You agree not to bypass access controls, execute reverse-engineering scripts on asset preview systems, or misrepresent authorship of un-manipulated INKVAULT design suites as original foundational works.

INKVAULT digital assets are delivered 'as is' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we thoroughly test all mockup files and vectors across modern design suites (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Blender), we do not guarantee error-free performance on outdated or non-standard legacy software.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INKVAULT's total liability arising out of or related to your use of any digital product shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific asset invoice.

INKVAULT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued usage of our website or asset catalog following updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
