1. Overview & Scope
Scope of policy application across digital marketplace services.
INKVAULT ('we', 'our', or 'us') provides studio-grade digital design assets, including branding suites, merchandise mockups, and vector systems. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, manage, and safeguard information when you access our website, submit asset request forms, or interact with our invoice-based delivery infrastructure.
By requesting assets or engaging with our platform, you acknowledge the terms established in this document. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your business or personal details to third parties.
2. Information We Collect
Business information gathered for orders, billing, and fulfillment.
We collect only the essential information needed to fulfill commercial licensing, verify agency credentials, issue official invoices, and securely deliver digital files:
• Identity & Contact Data: Full name, business email address, agency or studio name, VAT/tax identification number, and billing address provided during order inquiries.
• Order & Project Specifications: Selected asset tier (Silver, Gold, or Platinum), commercial use parameters, license attribution details, and custom package requirements.
• Technical & Interaction Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and anonymized telemetry on asset preview pages collected via secure standard server logs.
3. How We Use Collected Information
Legitimate business purposes for order processing and delivery.
Collected information is utilized strictly to conduct standard marketplace operations:
• Invoicing & Transaction Facilitation: Generating official enterprise invoices and verifying transactions with accredited payment gateway partners.
• Digital Cloud Delivery: Generating unique, time-limited cryptographic cloud download keys for authorized license holders.
• License Verification & Rights Enforcement: Maintaining a secure registry of active commercial asset licenses tied to agency buyers.
• Client Support: Answering inquiry requests, responding to asset format questions, and providing updated source files when revisions occur.
4. Payment Processing & Billing Security
Zero storage of credit card data; PCI-DSS compliant payment links.
INKVAULT operates via an order-request-to-invoice workflow. We never store, process, or view full credit card numbers, CVVs, or raw banking authentication credentials on our local servers.
All invoices are fulfilled through certified tier-1 PCI-DSS compliant merchant processors. Billing data transmitted during settlement is encrypted using industry-grade TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols.
5. Data Storage & Asset Retention
Cloud encryption standards and retention schedules for licensing.
Your order logs, cloud download credentials, and licensing certificates are stored on encrypted cold-storage servers located in secure data facilities with strict role-based access control.
We retain customer transaction records for as long as necessary to satisfy accounting regulations, tax compliance laws, and perpetual license verification requests from registered buyers.
6. Your Data Rights & Choices
Access, export, rectification, and deletion rights under global laws.
Regardless of your location (including GDPR and CCPA jurisdictions), you have full control over your stored records:
• Right of Access & Portability: Request an export of all agency details and active asset licensing records associated with your account.
• Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate or outdated billing contacts or invoice addresses.
• Right to Erasure: Request permanent deletion of non-essential contact data, provided all pending invoice obligations and tax record requirements are satisfied.
7. Policy Updates & Inquiries
Notification procedures for procedural and regulatory amendments.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect technological changes, regulatory guidelines, or new marketplace features. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised 'Last Updated' timestamp.
