Submit your asset tier selection (Silver, Gold, or Platinum). Our studio confirms asset specifications and dispatches a verified invoice directly to your business email.

1. Scope of Digital Fulfillment
INKVAULT exclusively provides downloadable digital assets—including vector suites, 3D packaging mockups, brand toolkits, and icon systems. We do not manufacture, package, or ship tangible physical goods. All deliveries occur exclusively through secure electronic communication and dedicated cloud repository access.
2. Delivery Timelines & Availability
Digital delivery is fully automated. Invoices processed through our checkout portal trigger immediate asset packaging and distribution. In the vast majority of orders, access links arrive in under 60 seconds. For custom tier inquiries or bespoke enterprise requests, delivery schedules will be explicitly stipulated on the official proposal.
3. Delivery Verification & Receipt
Each fulfillment package includes complete source files (.FIG, .AI, .PSD, .SVG, .PNG, or .GLB where applicable), a cryptographically stamped commercial license agreement, and a detailed tax invoice detailing the verified transaction.
4. Download Expiration & File Re-Issuance
Cloud download tokens remain active for 90 consecutive days from invoice completion. Customers are advised to store local archives immediately. Should you lose access after this period, our studio provides complimentary download link re-issuance upon verification of your original order reference.
5. Non-Delivery Troubleshooting & Failed Dispatches
If you have completed your payment but have not received your fulfillment email within 10 minutes, please inspect your spam/junk folder. Firewalls with aggressive attachment filters may occasionally block automated messages. You can initiate a priority re-dispatch at any time by contacting our direct support channel.If fulfillment cannot be executed within 24 hours of payment clearance due to technical failures, customers are fully eligible for a full refund as specified in our Refund Policy
